Role & responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering

  : Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs across modules.

• Process Mapping

  : Document current and future-state workflows for recruitment, onboarding, time tracking, absence, and performance.

• Configuration Support

  : Assist in configuring Workday business processes and security roles.

• Testing & Validation

  : Create test scripts, conduct UAT, and validate module functionality.

• Reporting & Analytics

  : Build custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Training & Documentation

  : Develop user guides and deliver training sessions for HR teams.
