About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will work on-site at our client location in Bangalore and support ongoing business analysis activities, contributing to project success through documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders. Create and maintain essential documentation including BRD (Business Requirements Document), FRD (Functional Requirements Document), and SRS (Software Requirements Specification). Participate in meetings with internal teams and clients to understand business needs. Support in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and ensuring requirements are clear and understood. Collaborate with developers, testers, and other teams throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to project planning, user story creation, and acceptance criteria. Requirements: Basic understanding of the Business Analyst role and responsibilities. Familiarity with documentation standards such as BRD, FRD, and SRS. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in speaking English and Hindi is mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and technical teams. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Benefits: Real-time industry exposure at a client location.
