Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring that business goals are met. Performance Analysis: Analyze the performance of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and recommend enhancements to optimize business outcomes. Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze user feedback to provide actionable insights that drive product improvements and align with business needs. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, challenges, and solutions to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed. Problem Solving: Address any business issues or challenges that arise, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver swift and effective resolutions. User Stories: Develop user stories to support agile development processes, ensuring they accurately reflect business requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or related industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and IT infrastructure. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholder expectations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or project management software(JIRA). Preferred Skills: Experience with enterprise software solutions and business process improvements. Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the IT sector. Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with writing user stories.
