Job Summary:

We are hiring a Broadband Installation Executive to handle on-site installation, setup, and testing of broadband connections at customer premises. The ideal candidate should have a basic technical background, good customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot internet connectivity issues during setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of broadband internet (WiFi/FTTH) connections at customer locations
• Configure modems, routers, and WiFi devices as per company standards
• Route and manage fiber/copper cabling where required
• Conduct signal testing and verify connectivity before handover
• Educate customers on using the service, basic troubleshooting, and safety precautions
• Coordinate with the backend team for service activation and updates
• Maintain records of installations, customer details, and service completion
• Ensure timely and quality service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction
• Handle basic customer queries or escalate technical issues as required

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass; ITI/Diploma in Electronics or Networking preferred
• Experience: 0–2 years in broadband or DTH installation or technical fieldwork
• Technical Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of routers, modems, fiber cables, LAN/WAN
• Ability to use signal testing tools and mobile apps
• Language: Local language proficiency; Hindi/English is a plus
• Mobility: Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
• Tools: Should be comfortable using smartphones and basic field tools
