Brand Protection Manager

Brand Protection Manager — preferably with an Army, paramilitary, or enforcement background

This role is ideal for a professional who brings strong leadership, operational planning, and execution skills, along with a strategic mindset to lead enforcement and brand protection actions across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Lead, coordinate, and execute on-ground brand protection and anti-counterfeiting operations in collaboration with law enforcement agencies.

2.     Plan and oversee raid actions, seizures, and enforcement drives at target locations.

3.     Willingness to travel extensively for on-site enforcement actions – PAN India with police officials and Advocates.

4.    Coordinate effectively with legal teams, police, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

5.     Monitor markets, warehouses, and online platforms to identify risks and recommend mitigation measures.

6.     Prepare detailed operational reports, action summaries, and updates for internal and client communication.

7.     Mentor and guide field investigators, ensuring adherence to protocols and legal compliance during enforcement activities.

Key Requirements

1.     Prior service in the Indian Army, paramilitary forces, or enforcement agencies with demonstrable leadership and operational planning experience.

2.     Familiarity with enforcement processes, raids, and working alongside police and administrative authorities.

3.     Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

4.     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal teams, clients.

5.     Basic understanding of intellectual property rights and anti-counterfeiting efforts is desirable (training will be provided if required).
