We are also Manufactures of Confectionery items like Wafer Sticks Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an FMCG Brand Manager located in New Delhi. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing brand equity, conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, overseeing advertising campaigns, Sampling drives, POSM drives and taking part in events which is good for the brand. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, launching new area, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. This will also be a travel business going to different cities to explore Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and brand management Strong analytical skills in market research and consumer behavior analysis Experience in overseeing advertising campaigns and product launches Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Someone who has worked in this industry with minimum 6+ year experience Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
