Job Description


We are looking for a skilled Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the field. Roles and Responsibility
  • Execute the defined strategy to achieve branch performance.
  • Create and maintain client relationships to meet sales forecasts.
  • Manage growth and profitability by staying competitive.
  • Expand and retain customers for affordable home loans through strong liaisons with clients and channel partners.
  • Build and develop a defined source mix comprising direct and indirect channels.
  • Facilitate new location development to penetrate new markets and increase business.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages, including inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement, collection, and customer service.
  • Manage post-sales customer and channel partner escalations and coordinate/supervise all key departments internally while strategizing the roadmap for lending products.
  • Monitor quality of book to minimize delinquency and support the appropriate closure of stress accounts by collaborating with the collections team.
  • Optimize and closely monitor team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers to assure achievement of business targets and profitability.
  • Lead and supervise the SM & RM team through hiring, training, reward, and recognition, ensuring active distribution span of control is maintained at the branch level as per norms.
  • Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Establish internal controls for legal compliance and conduct periodic audits to detect non-compliance and frauds, devising actions for correction and prevention.
  • Ensure a strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products, providing positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and company policies and procedures.

  • Graduate degree required.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Possess strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software.
  • A strong understanding of housing loan products and services is essential.
