Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Execute the defined strategy to achieve branch performance.
  • Create and maintain client relationships to meet sales forecasts.
  • Manage growth and profitability by staying competitive.
  • Expand and retain customers for affordable home loans through strong liaisons with clients and channel partners.
  • Build and develop a defined source mix comprising direct and indirect sourcing channels.
  • Facilitate new location development to penetrate new markets and increase business.
  • Ensure smooth lending process functioning at various stages, including inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement, collection, and customer service.
  • Manage post-sales customer and channel partner escalations and coordinate/supervise all key departments internally while strategizing the roadmap for lending products.
  • Monitor book quality, ensuring minimum delinquency, and support the appropriate closure of stress accounts by collaborating with the collections team.
  • Optimize and closely monitor team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers to assure achievement of business targets and profitability.
  • Collaborate effectively with departments and channel partners, leading and supervising the SM & RM team through hiring, training, reward, and recognition.
  • Ensure active distribution span of control is maintained at the branch level as per norms and establish internal controls for legal compliance, conducting periodic audits to detect non-compliance and frauds.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a strong understanding of markets, competition, processes, and products, and providing feedback to the central product and policy team.
  • Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and company policies and procedures.

  • Graduate with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in sales management.
  • Possess strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
