Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail sales team in Shimla. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the housing sector, with a strong background in direct and DSA channel sales.
Roles and Responsibility

Drive sales growth and achieve business targets by managing a team of sales managers.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.

Monitor and control branch operating costs, including acquisition costs, expenses, and operations.

Ensure compliance with all audit/NHB regulations and company policies.

Lead and supervise the SM & RM team through hiring, training, reward, and recognition.

Job

Graduate degree required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the housing sector.

Strong knowledge of direct and DSA channel sales, as well as marketing and relationship management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales strategies.

Strong understanding of industry and governance, with the ability to establish internal controls and conduct audits.

Experience in managing post-sales customer/channel partner escalations and coordinating with key departments.
