Job Summary

The Branch Operations & Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and service delivery at our Muktsar branch. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team, ensure efficient branch operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of branch staff, including training, performance management, and development.
  • Oversee all branch operations, including cash management, account opening, and customer transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and achieve targets.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations and service management in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software.
