Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the rural branch, including customer service, sales, and branch performance. Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and achieve sales targets. Lead and motivate a team of branch staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the local community to promote the bank's products and services. Monitor and analyze branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of rural banking and liabilities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful branch. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of local market and customer needs in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan is preferred.
