About the Role

CIIS India is hiring experienced and enthusiastic BPO / Telecalling Executives to join our Admissions team. If you have prior experience in telecalling, call center, BPO, or education sales and want a stable, long-term role in the education industry, this is your chance.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and parents from our internal CRM database
Explain academic programs, career outcomes, and admission process clearly
Encourage students to book counselling sessions or complete admissions
Maintain timely follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM system

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 0-3 years in Telecalling / BPO / Call Centre / Sales / Edtech
Language: Fluent in Hindi and English (must)
Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Undergraduate
Computer Skills: Basic MS Excel, CRM familiarity preferred
Location: Only candidates from Mumbai & Suburbs (Western/Central Line)
