Role Description

As a BIM Modeler Architecture, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models for various architectural projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Berhampore. Day-to-day tasks will include generating and coordinating BIM models, performing clash detection, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and quality in the project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Architecture
• Experience with Modeling and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
• Skills in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is beneficial
• Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
