Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D structural models using Revit Structure and other BIM tools. Interpret and convert structural design drawings, sketches, and markups into accurate BIM models. Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and Civil disciplines for clash-free and coordinated BIM deliverables. Create and manage Revit families , schedules, and custom templates. Ensure models comply with international codes, standards, and LOD (100–400) requirements. Collaborate with international teams via BIM 360 / ACC / Navisworks / other cloud platforms . Assist in preparing shop drawings, GA drawings, and detail drawings . Implement QA/QC procedures and ensure model accuracy and compliance . Participate in clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks or similar tools. Maintain model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. Minimum 5 years of proven experience working on international structural BIM projects. Proficiency in Revit Structure , AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Familiarity with international building codes and structural standards (e.g., ACI, BS, Eurocode). Strong understanding of structural systems including RCC, steel, precast, post-tensioning, etc. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and model management. Good communication skills and experience working in remote or collaborative team environments .
