BI / Data Analytics (Product Development & Delivery)

Key Skills & Experience Required:

1. BI Product Development

• Experience in

  Apache Superset is mandatory

  .
• hands-on experience with

  any other BI tool

  (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is acceptable if they have strong

  project-based BI development exposure

  .
• Must have

  worked on multiple BI projects

  end-to-end.

1. Advanced Python & SQL

• Should have used

  Python for product development or in complex analytics projects

  .
• Must demonstrate

  advanced SQL knowledge

  – e.g., optimizing queries, working with large datasets, stored procedures, etc.
• Ask for

  specific use cases

  where their Python and SQL expertise was critical.

1. Advanced Analytics

• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

• Fraud Analytics

• Prediction/Forecasting models

• Statistical or machine learning techniques

• Familiarity with

  Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or similar Python libraries

  is a plus.

1. Client Management

• Should have experience

  managing BI projects for external or internal clients

  .
• Capable of

  understanding client requirements, presenting solutions

  , and managing delivery timelines and stakeholder expectations.
