Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in creative content production and a proven track record in selling such services to clients in Middle East, Europe, and USA markets. This role demands someone who understands the nuances of brand storytelling, production workflows, and client expectations in global advertising ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets (Middle East, Europe, USA) for content production services – including videos, photoshoots, campaigns, reels, etc. Pitch creative production capabilities to brands, agencies, and marketing teams in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer product sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serve as a strategic partner for long-term growth. Collaborate with internal production, creative, and studio teams to customize proposals and ensure alignment with client goals. Work closely with marketing teams to develop pitch decks, showreels, and targeted campaigns. Attend international client meetings virtually or in person, and represent ODN in creative networking circles. Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic pipeline management. Stay updated on global creative trends, brand marketing innovations, and competitor offerings. Requirements 5–8 years of experience in business development or client servicing roles, preferably from a production house, advertising agency, or brand marketing team. Solid understanding of creative production processes including video, photo, and campaign development. Strong international market exposure (especially UAE, Europe, US) with an existing client base or network being a huge advantage. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft compelling pitches and confidently present to clients. Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, accountability, and hunger to grow. Open to travel when required. Preferred Background Experience working with advertising agencies or production studios .
