Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Battery Commander, located on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Battery Commander will oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of battery storage systems. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing technical staff, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves coordinating with other teams to optimize energy storage and usage, implementing best practices, and preparing reports on system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Battery Storage Systems, Renewable Energy technologies, and Grid Management
  • Experience in Electrical Engineering, Systems Maintenance, and Safety Protocols
  • Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to manage technical staff
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate performance and efficiency reports
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India
