Backend / Full Stack Developer

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in backend or full stack development
• Proficiency in

  Node.js

  MongoDB

  PostgreSQL

• Experience with

  React.js

  or other modern frontend frameworks
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, system architecture, and scalable backend systems
• Ability to work independently and lead development decisions
• Strong problem-solving mindset and communication skills
• Must be available to work from our

  Newtown, Kolkata office

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading backend and full stack application development
• Designing architecture and scalable systems for web platforms
• Collaborating with the design and frontend teams to deliver polished products
• Making key technical decisions to ensure code quality and project efficiency
• Maintaining and optimizing databases, APIs, and server logic
