Job Description

Due to banking closing scenarios we will have shift extensions during the month end. No fees or charges, call HR Kaustav S directly at +(91)8697950822 Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update banking and financial data into internal systems and spreadsheets. Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and customer information. Generate and prepare routine and ad-hock reports for internal stakeholders. Support banking operations teams with documentation, record-keeping, and compliance tracking. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in data. Willingness to extend working hours or work on weekends during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods to meet critical deadlines. Skills & Competencies: Prior experience in banking or financial services operations is required. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry tools. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexible and adaptable to workload peaks during critical financial periods. Educational Qualification:Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Additional certifications in banking or finance will be an advantage. Work Environment & Expectations: Office-based role with standard working hours. Flexibility to stretch beyond regular hours during critical periods (e.g., month-end, quarter-end). Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
