Back Office Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage invoicing, material movement checks, and customer follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining billing accuracy, verifying incoming and outgoing material, and following up on outstanding payments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and generate accurate sales invoices based on customer orders and dispatches.

· Thoroughly check all inward and outward materials, ensuring quantities and items match purchase or sales documents.

· Coordinate with the store team for correct material issuance and ensure billing reflects actual material movement.

· Maintain and update records of bills, payments received, and outstanding dues.

· Regularly follow up with customers regarding pending payments and update the outstanding receivables report.

· Respond to customers enquiries and resolve discrepancies.

· Maintain organized documentation of bills, receipts, and delivery challans.

· Work closely with the sales, dispatch, and finance teams for seamless operations.

· Maintain data in billing/accounting software with accuracy.

Qualifications:

· Minimum: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary Education).

· Basic knowledge of billing processes and invoice generation. (TALLY OR ZOHO KNOWLEDGE)

· Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems (training will be provided if needed).

· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle confidential financial data responsibly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
