The ideal candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, monitoring activities, client communication, and billing tasks. She should have excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth operational workflow. Key Responsibilities:Employee Scheduling: Plan and assign daily service schedules for field staff or technicians. Service Status Tracking: Follow up with employees to gather service completion status and ensure timely updates. Activity Monitoring: Track and report employee movements, service progress, and adherence to schedule. Billing Management: Generate and maintain accurate billing records; coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing. Client Communication: Answer client inquiries, provide service-related updates, and maintain a professional relationship with customers. Requirements:Proven experience in administrative or coordinator roles. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (if applicable). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email, etc.). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving attitude. Preferred Qualifications: 10/12/Graduate Prior experience in service-based or field operations company is a plus. Salary: 8k to 12k Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (6) Timings: 9 to 6:30 (lunch Break 30 Min)
