We are seeking a dedicated Babysitter for a junior-level position in Noida to join Bharrgava Global's network of skilled professionals. The role requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in the childcare sector. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children, ensuring their safety, and promoting a supportive and nurturing environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Childcare: Proven experience in managing the needs of young children and providing attentive care at all times.
• Babysitting: Proficiency in managing the daily routines of children, including meals, playtime, and rest periods (Mandatory skill).
• Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both children and their parents, ensuring transparency and trust.
• First Aid: Basic certification in first aid and emergency response, with the ability to handle minor injuries or situations.
• Patience: Demonstrated ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations, showing patience with children.
• Problem-solving: Capability to quickly assess situations and make decisions that prioritize the well-being of the children.
• Organizational skills: Ability to organize activities and maintain a routine that caters to the developmental needs of children.
• Multitasking: Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and care for the children.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children by maintaining a vigilant and caring presence.
