Job Title: B2C- Insurance Verification {Customer Engagement}

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Medical Appointment Scheduler to join our dental healthcare team. This role involves speaking to patients who have submitted dental inquiries, convincing them of the benefits of our treatments, and scheduling their appointments at the clinic. The ideal candidate should have a background in a medical process, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively handle patient inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound patient inquiries regarding dental treatments and services.
• Convince patients of the benefits of the treatments provided and schedule their appointments.
• Conducted regular audits of patient accounts for accuracy of demographic data.
• Researched third party payer guidelines related to prior authorizations, coding and billing processes.
• Collaborated with medical dentist's to prepare verification form for the patient's.
• Maintain patient records and appointment schedules using dental healthcare software systems.
• Provide patients with appointment details and any necessary preparations for procedures.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations and procedures.
• Follow up on cancelled or missed appointments to reschedule.
• Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure smooth appointment scheduling.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain payment procedures to patients.
• Maintain an organized schedule that accommodates emergency or urgent appointment requests.
• Continuously update knowledge of dental services and procedures to effectively communicate with patients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a medical appointment setting role or similar role within a medical process.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in healthcare or dental software systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Higher degree in medical or dental administration is a plus.
• Experience in handling inbound patient inquiries and managing customer service interactions.

Work Hours:

US Shift Hours: The candidate should be available to work during US business hours, typically from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM .

Cab will be provided.

Pay: Upto ₹30,000.00 per month
