Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Role: Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales (preferably in Marketing/Digital Services)

  • In Hand: ₹20,000–₹60,000/month fixed Depending on your experience + Performance-based incentives


About Us:

Genix Entertainment is a Digital marketing agency helping Indian brands grow through smart campaigns, content, and strategy. We work with private theatres, e-commerce brands, clinics, travel companies, and more. We’re looking for a driven B2B sales executive who can pitch our services, close deals, and grow with us.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Speak to hot and warm leads provided by the company – these are founders or marketing heads already interested in our services
  • Take initial qualification calls to understand their requirements
  • Conduct proposal calls with internal team support to pitch the right marketing plan
  • Close deals by building trust and explaining value – you’ll earn incentives on every client closed
  • Consistently follow up with leads, maintain communication, and ensure no opportunity is lost
  • Maintain and update CRM/lead tracking sheet to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Coordinate with internal teams (strategy/content) for proposal building or queries
  • Share feedback from prospects to help improve pitch decks, services, and market understanding
  • Achieve monthly targets (number of deals closed and revenue generated)
  • Be proactive, self-driven, and take full ownership of your leads and follow-ups
  • Understand our services (Meta ads, Google ads, SEO, etc.) and communicate them in a simple, clear manner to potential clients


Requirements:


  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably for agencies, SaaS, or digital services
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
  • Strong understanding of Indian brands, especially in Travelling, Coaching and Service sectors
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and CRM tools
  • Bonus: Experience selling marketing services (Meta/Google Ads, SEO, branding, etc.)
