Job Description

URGENT HIRING: Axis Bank Customer Service / Cross Sales Process

Location:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Axis Bank customers
Resolve queries related to banking products, services, and transactions
Pitch banking services and cross-sell financial products (only in cross-sales process)
Maintain call quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Record and update customer information accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification:
HSC (12th Pass)
Graduates can apply
(if not pursuing further studies)
Freshers are welcome
No experience required
Age Limit:

18 -30 years
Salary Up To :-
16,000/- (in-hand) + Unllimited Incentives
Shift Timings:
Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (9-hour working shift)
Weekly Off:
1 rotational week off

Skills Required:

Good communication skills in
Hindi and/or Marathi
Basic understanding of English preferred
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach
Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment (for cross-sales)
