We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising (Google & Meta Ads), content marketing, social media, and analytics to drive online traffic and generate leads. *Key Responsibilities: * Digital Campaign Management Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and landing pages Monitor budgets, A/B test performance, and improve ROI * SEO & Website Optimization Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities Keyword research, link-building, and content optimization Coordinate with developers and content teams for website improvements * Social Media Management Manage social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) Plan content calendars, posts, and run paid promotions Engage with audience and build brand presence *Email & Content Marketing Create and send targeted email campaigns Monitor open/click rates and optimize performance Coordinate content for blogs, landing pages, and lead magnets *Analytics & Reporting Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards for performance analysis Track KPIs: Traffic, Leads, Engagement, Conversions Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide actionable insights *Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe tools preferred) Bonus Skills (Preferred): WordPress or basic HTML/CSS Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho) Marketing automation experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
