You will be responsible for developing and implementing the leadership hiring strategy and roadmap in the Technology space for our client in the VC industry. The ideal candidate for this individual contributor role must have prior experience in leadership hiring, specifically in SAAS Startup or Executive Search for Technology hiring. Your main duties will include identifying, attracting, and closing leadership candidates who possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to excel in open positions. You will also be managing recruitment budgets, engaging in stakeholder management, and utilizing your strong leadership and communication skills to effectively recruit for technical roles such as Technology, Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM.
