ERP Project Manager (Oracle/SAP) with Workfront knowledge We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ERP Project Manager to lead comprehensive Oracle or SAP system implementations within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of the entire ERP process flow, including order processing, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, shipping, and invoicing. Proficient in project management tools and software, with a focus on those that support ERP system implementations – Adobe Workfront, MS Project … Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and design effective solutions. Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies within large-scale projects. Non-Technical Knowledge/Skills Required: Exceptional communication skills, capable of working with and presenting to stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide, influence, and motivate teams across various departments. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Skilled in distilling complex issues into clear, concise, and easily understandable communications.
