Create detailed architectural, structural, and interior drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
Convert conceptual designs or sketches from architects/engineers into technical drawings.
Prepare working drawings for submission, client approval, and site execution.
Ensure accuracy, scale, and compliance with local building codes and company standards.
Maintain consistency in layers, line weights, dimensions, and annotations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers to understand design intent.
Coordinate between architectural and structural drawings to identify clashes or conflicts.
Make timely revisions based on design changes, client feedback, or technical corrections.
Keep updated versions of all drawings for record and reference.
Maintain an organized drawing register, file naming conventions, and backups.
Ensure drawing sets are properly formatted for print, digital presentation, and site use.
Prepare shop drawings and details for on-site construction and fabrication.
Respond to queries from site engineers or contractors related to drawings.
Occasionally visit sites to verify measurements or conditions if required.
Prepare detailed sections, elevations, and joinery/furniture drawings.
Assist in 3D modeling or rendering if capable, especially for client presentations.
