• Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Guide potential clients through our programs, pricing, and healing approach
• Build trust-based conversations to match clients’ needs with the right program
• Maintain and update CRM with lead status and communication history
• Collaborate with the nutrition and content team for client onboarding
• Track and meet monthly sales and conversion targets
• Follow up with past and referral leads in a professional and empathetic way
• Report sales insights and help optimize conversion funnels
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or client onboarding (health or wellness sector preferred)
• Strong communication and listening skills (fluent in English & Hindi)
• Empathetic, patient, and client-focused approach
• Confident in handling objections and explaining value-driven offerings
• Tech-savvy: WhatsApp, Excel/Sheets, CRM tools
• Highly organized and target-driven
