Associate Relationship Manager-PL

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the rural areas of Halol, Gujarat.
• Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis of customers to determine their creditworthiness and eligibility for Personal Loans.
• Cross-sell other banking products and services to customers to increase revenue and deepen relationships.
• Monitor and manage the performance of the loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing delinquencies.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings to identify potential business opportunities.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Knowledge of rural banking and understanding of the local market in Halol, Gujarat.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

• Fluency in the local language is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
• Experience in handling and managing a loan portfolio is a plus.
