Job Description

Overview:

The person will be part of the 'Global Business Impact" Team and therefore part of the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence. The person should have very strong Business Intelligence skills and have a passion for Business analytics.

Main purpose of the role is to manage the growing POS and shoppers analytics agenda including BAU analytics reporting across all business forums and manage any ad-hoc request for deeper shopper analytics from C-Suite leaders across (CEO, Categories SVP, Categories Finance Senior Director, FP&A Senior Director, Insights & Analytics VP)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate, collate and execute QGM dashboards – including Penetration trends, based on the schedule for PEC
Coordinate with Sector / BU teams on insights – bright spots and hot spots
Work with strategy teams on their requirements for QBR's, SBW etc., (Griffin, Henrik)
Ensure QGM dashboards on Cockpit, SMART, and PPD are validated and updated
Execute enhancements in terms of new additions and modifications
Outside – in analyses: Working with data partners for Thought Leadership reports, secondary research, based on themes finalized for respective PEC's

Qualifications:

Tech/B.E./MCA from reputed institutes
5+ years of experience with Data and Analytics – NIQ, Kantar, Europanel etc
Expert on "Point of Sale" and "HHP" (Nielsen, IRI, SPINs, One Click Retail etc.) databases/metrics a must
Structured thinker / problem solver who works independently with attention to detail
