The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new household customers and promoting our range of banking products and services. This is a full-time position with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking. Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions. Cross-sell and upsell our range of banking products and services to existing customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank. Stay updated on the latest banking products, services, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell to customers. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of banking products and services.
