You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to identify potential customers and convert them into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential household customers in the Core Haryana region
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable banking solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting the bank's products and services
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer interactions and sales activities
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel within the Core Haryana region as required

Additional Parameters
