deliver effective, ingredient-led products directly to consumers.

Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Associate Brand Copywriter who’s equally passionate
about skincare and storytelling. You will play a hybrid role — writing clear, benefit-led product
and campaign copy and conceptualizing creative scripts and promotional material for videos,
reels, and digital content. From catchy taglines to scientific ingredient explainers, you’ll bring
Deconstructs voice to life across formats and platforms.
You’ll work closely with the Brand, Website, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure all
communication is engaging, brand-aligned, and crafted for impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write compelling product descriptions, ingredient explainers, and benefit-led content
for the website, packaging, and product launches
  • Conceptualize and write short-form scripts for brand videos, social media reels, and
influencer content — teasers, trailers, brand stories, etc.
  • Create engaging and educational content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and
Twitter, aligned with Deconstruct’s voice
  • Craft taglines, Hooks, dialogues, captions, and call-to-actions that align with
campaign goals and resonate with the target audience
  • Collaborate with creative producers, designers, and editors to bring campaign ideas
to life
  • Draft and optimize emailers, ad copies, SMS, and push notifications for retention and
engagement
  • Adapt tone and style to suit different content types — scientific, conversational,
promotional, or witty
  • Work with SEO/content team to optimize copy performance and keyword integration
  • Stay updated on skincare trends, consumer behavior, and new-age content tools
  • Revise and refine content based on internal and external feedback

Must-Haves
  • 1–2 years of experience in a copywriting/content role in a D2C, skincare, beauty,
wellness, or personal care brand/agency
  • Strong grasp of skincare products, routines, and ingredients with the ability to simplify
scientific information
  • Experience writing both promotional copy and longer-form educational content
  • Excellent command over English, ability to write crisp, grammatically sound, and
impactful copy
  • Comfort working across formats: web, social media, email, video, and product
  • Collaborative mindset with a creative yet structured approach to content creation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and willingness to explore AI-driven tools like
Runway ML, Clipdrop, etc.

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience writing promotional content (teasers, trailers, or show concepts) or video
scripts
  • Ability to create engaging hooks, content angles, and thumb-stopping copy for digital
content
  • Prior exposure to D2C or agency environments
  • Understanding of content marketing metrics, basic SEO principles, and audience
engagement techniques
  • Passion for skincare and a natural curiosity to educate and empower consumers
