Qualification Required: B-Tech in Automobile Engineering

Experience Required: Min 15 years ( Automobile Industry)

Age Category: Between 35-45

As the Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service department. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize team performance, manage workflow, and maintain a high standard of service delivery. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Service Manager in overseeing daily operations of the service department.
• Manage scheduling and assignment of service team members.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
• Support staff training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain service records and reports for tracking and performance analysis.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a service-related or supervisory role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Industry-specific certifications or training are an advantage (if applicable).
