💼 Role: Assistant Sales Manager – B2B Industrial Sales

🕒 Experience: 3–6 years (sales background preferred)

🎓 Qualification: Any graduate (B.Tech preferred)

📊 Mode: Full-time | On-site

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and order closure
• Support senior sales managers in maintaining key client relationships
• Provide product/technical solutions to B2B clients in industrial/manufacturing sectors
• Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, operations, and quality) to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate prices, and support contract execution
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets

✅ We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in B2B sales (preferably in industrial/trading/manufacturing sector)
• Any graduate (B.Tech preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving approach
