About the Role

Assistant Operations Manager

Oversee General Trade Operations - Support sales and distribution activities within the general trade channel, ensuring timely order booking, retailer servicing, and smooth coordination between sales teams and distributors.

You won’t be sitting behind a desk all day. Instead, you’ll work closely with our sales team in the market, coordinate with distributors for stock and delivery, and make sure our systems and reports are updated regularly. You will also assist in planning new brand launches, tracking schemes, and ensuring that all teams are aligned on targets and goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG operations, field coordination, or sales support
• Proficiency in

  Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong communication, follow-up, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage field coordination and backend planning simultaneously
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
