Assistant Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:1. Market DevelopmentVisit construction sites, applicators, builders, and dealers regularly to promote the company's construction chemical products. Identify and target new potential customers through cold calling, site visits, and referrals. Generate leads, maintain a healthy pipeline, and convert them into sales orders. 2. Sales ExecutionUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable products and systems. Coordinate with the technical and dispatch team for sample supply, site trials, and material delivery. Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and ensure timely order closure. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. 3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and influencers (architects, consultants, civil engineers). Resolve client queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution. Ensure repeat business through timely communication and after-sales support. 4. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily visit reports, update CRM/WhatsApp groups, and maintain customer records. Share weekly and monthly performance reports with the marketing head. Track competitors’ activities and pricing in the market. 5. Branding & PromotionDistribute marketing materials like brochures, leaflets, and samples during site visits. Assist in organizing product demos, contractor meets, and exhibitions in the territory.
