Job Description : Managing sales targets, receivables and new business development in Rubber segment Managing distributors and working with them to grow the sales and collect payments. Communicating with target customers and managing customer relationships. Conducting trials, developing key account plan & strategies, maintaining and updating customer databases. Monitoring competitor activity. Develop excellent relationships with key decision makers at target customers in this highly competitive industry. Regular customers visits Skills & personal attributes: Knowledge of Rubber components, Tire, Hoses, belting, Sports manufacturing. 5 to 10 years sales experience in selling Chemicals for Polymer, Rubber Chemicals, Carbon Black, Silica, Adhesive, Mould Release Agents & other specialty chemicals. Self-driven and organized Working knowledge of computers Teamwork skills: The ability to work well with others while pursuing a common goal Good communication skills Designation: Asst. Manager sales Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager Location: Delhi/NCR Qualification: Graduate + Diploma Total Years of experience: 5-10 years Objective: The key objective of this role is to develop Rubber segment business in North region.
