MBA will be preferred Experience: 6 - 10 Years Relevant Industry : Valves/Pumps /Actuators/ Compressors/Boilers / Turbines / Thermic Fluid Heaters / Hot Water Generators/Flow Control Equipment Instrumentation – Gauges / Transmitters / Analyzers / Indicators /Recorders Process Equipment - Heat Exchangers / Pressure Vessels / Dryers Machinery - Steam Accessories / Piping / Fans / Blowers / Burners / Motors Turnkey Projects Job Description: Generate and manage enquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants Conduct discussions with customers to understand application requirements and positioning of our Control Valve solutions Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team to ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial proposals Follow-up on submitted offers, and convert enquiries into orders Lead price negotiations with customers, while maintaining profitability and ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies Monitor and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and follow-up strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business and long-term engagement Visit customer sites as required for discussions, product positioning, or technical meetings Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team Key Skills: Dynamic & Result Oriented Good communication skills Ability to convince people & follow- up in a professional manner Enthusiastic & hard working Willingness to travel for a Mini. of 15 days a month Show more Show less
