Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, located in Kozhikode. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, assisting with performance management, and handling HR administrative tasks. The role also involves coordinating training programs, supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the HR team to maintain a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in performance management and appraisal processes
• HR administrative skills, including paperwork and records management
• Knowledge of training and development practices
• Familiarity with HR policies and labor laws
• Excellent communication in English & Malayalam

• Looking for 2-3 years experience candidate

• hand on experience in recruitment, Payroll Preparation, Exit formalities,

• Knowledge in HRM software

• Experience in handling branches
