Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Hyderabad. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, recruitment and selection processes, training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves handling performance management, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

Experience in HR operations and employee relations
Skills in recruitment, selection processes, and talent acquisition
Proficiency in training and development programs
Knowledge of performance management and employee engagement strategies
Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Relevant experience in the finance or banking sector is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
