Assistant Manager - GTM

What You'll Own

Scrum & Team Operations

• Serve as a Scrum Master for the GTM team
• Plan Team Bandwidth & Execution
• Track daily tasks and ensure timely project execution through project management platform

Launch & Revenue Support

• Oversee and assist in pre-launch, launch-day, and post-launch coordination
• Support outlet-level performance and revenue growth with the leadership team
• Work closely with GTM leaders in executing the business roadmap

Social Marketing Coordination

• Collaborate with our Content & Influencer teams for content storyboard and reviews
• Design and maintain monthly Social Media Calendar
• Manage social media postings and respond to online customer queries
• Track digital performance metrics and provide data-backed content insights

Customer Experience (CX)

• Manage customer experiences through outlet managers and platforms like Zomato, Swiggy, Google, and Social Channels
• Track CX performance metrics and ensure prompt resolution
• Manage analytics tools to automate and improve CX efficiency

Who You Are

• Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in social media management, CX and field marketing
• A self-starter and executor—you don’t just follow plans, you build them
• Comfortable working independently with full ownership of your domain
