Job ProfileKey Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) as per applicable accounting standards (IND AS/IGAAP).
  • Handle general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.

Accounts Payable / Receivable

  • Oversee vendor payments, TDS compliance, and aging reports.
  • Manage customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit and statutory compliance.

Banking and Treasury

  • Coordinate daily banking operations: payments, receipts, and fund transfers.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage working capital requirements.
  • Liaise with banks for facilities, term loans, and forex transactions (if applicable).

Taxation & Compliance

  • Handle GST returns, TDS filings, and income tax workings.
  • Coordinate with external consultants for statutory audits, internal audits, and tax filings.
  • Ensure compliance with ROC filings and company law provisions.

Budgeting & MIS

  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets and variance analysis.
  • Generate monthly MIS reports for management decision-making.
  • Track department-wise expenses and highlight deviations.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (IND AS / IGAAP).
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or other ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and financial modeling basics.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Working Days-5 days 2 saturday working Working Timings10-6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
