Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Ballia. The assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, preparing reports, conducting research, and assisting in daily office operations. Additional tasks may include coordinating meetings, handling communications, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Skilled in research and data analysis
  • Experience in providing customer service and support
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
