Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage & Monitor
Setting up sales and marketing plan for dealer in consultation with branch and systematically following the result
Meeting National Dealer Budget goal
Work with the respective branch manager for setting target for active dealers.
Work with Finance for opening the dealer rebate code and ensure issuance of rebate credit on the lastperformance.
Issuing target letters to dealers and sharing performance report on quarterly basis against the budget
Quarterly/Half-Yearly/Annual Performance Review
Proactively driving and developing Kärcher Sales towards Dealers in all target groups and all product groups in the assigned area in support of respective branch dedicated dealer resource/target manager
Keeping track of dealer performance vs budget
Keep monitoring and updating. Branch/regional/National
Target group/Branch Manager on dealer progression on the budget
Developing a plan and support for meeting/exceeding the budget
Technical and operational Training and development
Facilitating training for channel partners ’on product as well as product application
Collaborate with the trainer for prioritising training on the product, i.e., core/non-core/entry-level/mid-level/advanced-level product
Dealer categorization on basis of dealer performance & support astructure, i.e., gold, si, silver, and Bronze
Training nomination as per scheduled calendar
Training on Infonet for Order booking, Online Sales training, Warranty Management
Dealer Operational Support
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned dealer accounts.
Maintain a long-term sustainable relationship with the dealer as well as the company's good reputation
Periodic visit to Identify the challenges and sharing the improvements points
Ensuring for addressing the dealer grievances on timely basis
Work with the branch sales and service team for transferring direct accounts (categories D & E)
Renewal and New Hiring
Working with branch target group/branch manager for identifying respective pocket for dealer hiring for a budget year
Work with respective branch target group manager to identify potential dealers.
Facilitating dealer screening process in terms for company standard at branch level by sales & service
Facilitating dealer agreement, onboarding, and monitoring hand-holding for new dealer
Periodic reviewing dealers list and off board inactive/dormant account
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
Ensuring dealer Audit for infrastructure and resources availability
Boosting Performance
Introduce and promote new concepts, products, services, and campaigns.
Identifying support area and facilitating support through
Branch operational team, i.e., customer visit, demonstrations, etc.
Recommending Schemes/Campaigns/Trade Participation/Branding
Continuously Plan and report visit in CRM
Compliance
Need to adhere to HR and Service Policy within branch
Strictly following and adherence to agreement payment term and assigned territory
Need to adhere to the Finance policy
Education Requirements: B-Tech or BE(Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
