Job Description

About the Role:

Design, Tech, Content, and Video/Animation

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage creative execution across all brand and marketing initiatives
Drive visual storytelling for campaigns, product launches, internal comms, and digital media
Collaborate with business and marketing teams to translate strategy into design outcomes
Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team across design, content, tech, and video
Ensure adherence to visual brand guidelines across all channels
Deliver assets for web, social, video, print, events, presentations, and more
Track trends and evolve brand expression while maintaining consistency
Optimize team workflows and drive innovation

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong foundation in
visual design, branding, and identity
Proficiency in tools like
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Blender, etc.
Good understanding of
UI/UX and web technologies (HTML/CSS basics)
Experience collaborating with video teams for storyboarding and scripting
Prior experience leading creative teams in
media agencies, pharma, or in-house design studios
Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills

Good to Have:

Experience in pharma/healthcare domain
Knowledge of CMS platforms and digital production workflows
Ability to balance creativity with business objectives
