Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate inspections of machined components at all the stages on and off the machine.
• Reading of part and final drawing and follow the dimension inspection as per the drawing or standard.
• Quality improvement activities (internal and external - vendor).
• Release components for further processing or shipment if they satisfy specification requirements.
• Hold for review and evaluation any that fail to meet these requirements.
• Prepare and maintain logs, work sheets and other records listing dates, method, test results, etc.
• Perform work in other inspection areas as required.
• Should have good knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a neat and orderly condition.

Job Specifications/Profile:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in Quality assurance from manufacturing industry / In-process inspection.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English/Hindi & local language is essential.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of critical machined components inspection.
• Competent with MS-Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, outlook).
