Job Description

We are looking forAssistant Clinic Incharge / Cashier to manage desk operations, provide excellent patient service, handle cash transactions, and assist with operational management at our medical clinic.

Responsibilities:

ü Greet patients, answer calls, and schedule appointments.

ü Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and assisting with operation management.

ü Handle cash, process payments, and manage insurance claims.

ü Address patient inquiries and resolve issues.

ü Ensure confidentiality and compliance with clinic policies.

ü Assist with patient forms and documentation.

ü Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications:

ü Any graduate/diploma

ü Experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

ü Proficient in office equipment and software.

ü Strong organizational and communication skills.

ü Knowledge of medical terminology and billing is a plus.

ü Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
